The publishers of Kansas Pregame Football Magazine are back at work on the 12th annual edition of the only statewide high school football preview magazine for the Sunflower State. Feature coverage is underway, sponsorship sales continue, and now, the team questionnaires have been released.

"Receiving a complete questionnaire from each team's coach is the key to providing the best preview magazine in the state," Kansas Pregame publisher John Baetz said. "We have resources throughout the state who are familiar with teams - as many as two dozen sportswriters from across Kansas contribute to our publication - but, we try not to speculate about returning starters and other key players back. We prefer to have feedback from the coach."

Kpreps.com editor Matt Gilmore also emphasized the need for schedule updates.

"Having accurate schedules and the most up-to-date scores as soon after games as possible is a top priority for Kpreps.com, therefore it's imperative we get completely updated schedules from coaches and athletic directors prior to the season," Gilmore said.

Because of Kansas Pregame's partnership with Kpreps.com, both sports news outlets receive the questionnaire submissions allowing for full development of previews, updated schedules online, and background information used to provide comprehensive statewide coverage across multiple platforms all season long.

High school football head coaches in Kansas can fill out the online questionnaire at Kpreps.com/coaches. Questionnaires are due by June 16, 2017, to ensure complete development of team preview capsules.

Baetz emphasized the key role that coaches play in making Kansas Pregame and Kpreps.com the best football products in Kansas.

"Coaches are as much a part of making our products successful as the writers, designers, and salespeople who work for us. Thank you in advance for filling out the questionnaire completely."
