Kpreps comment: Cox was a Kpreps 2012 All-District selection at running back after rushing for 1,238 yards and nine scores.  He also earned Kpreps Honorable Mention at linebacker having registered 111 tackles and an interception.  Robert’s efforts helped lead the Panthers to a playoff spot in a wild district where any one of four teams could have earned a playoff spot on the final night of district play.  Pike Valley fell 48-0 at Madison in the first round of the 8-Man, Division-I playoffs.

It's important to remember that all college commitments are verbal and not truly finalized until the student-athletes sign National Letters of Intent on February 6th.
