Notes / stats from high school career: 19.9 Yards per reception, 6 touchdowns.

Favorite high school football memory: Beating Gardener-Edgerton when we were doubted by everyone.

Kpreps comment: Alexander earned second-team All-Sunflower League honors at tight end this past fall. He helped the Eagles to a 7-4 record and a trip to the Class 6A quarterfinals where they fell 20-13 to eventual runner-up Shawnee Mission East. The Hawks’ four losses all came to playoff teams by a combined 22 points.
