Kpreps comment: Mowery earned Honorable Mention AVCTL Division III honors last season. He helped lead the Bullpups to the state quarterfinals in their first season in Class 4A. McPherson fell 31-27 at eventual state champion Holton. It was Mowery’s one-handed touchdown catch that got the Bullpups on the scoreboard in that game after Holton had taken a 10-0 lead.
It's important to remember that all college commitments are verbal and not truly finalized until the student-athletes sign National Letters of Intent on February 6th.
