Why you chose the college you plan to attend: My quarterback is also committed, close to home, and I believe I have an opportunity to play quickly.

Notes / stats from high school career:  Rushing – 82 carries, 542 yards, 6.61 avg, 8 TD. Receiving – 7 receptions, 191 yards, 27.29 avg, 4 TD

Favorite high school football memory: Being under the lights and being with 60 of my best friends every Friday night.

Kpreps comment:  Short will reportedly join his high school quarterback Skyler Windmiller at Missouri Western next fall.  Although Kendall was somewhat limited by injury last season, he still managed over 500 rushing yards and 6.6 yards per carry.  As a junior in 2011, Short rushed for 691 yards and six touchdowns.  He is also a threat catching the ball with nearly 350 receiving yards in the past two seasons.

 

It's important to remember that all college commitments are verbal and not truly finalized until the student-athletes sign National Letters of Intent on February 6th.
