It was an unbelievable day for Kansas high school football as state champions were crowned in all of the state's 11-man classes.

Class 6A: Shawnee Mission West 19, Hutchinson 14
Shawnee Mission West took down Kansas powerhouse Hutchinson with a dominating effort in the second half.
After trailing 14-6 at the end of the two quarters, the Vikings' shut down the Salthawks offense in the second half and eventually took the lead after touchdown runs by Anthony Verdini and Andre Maloney.
Hutchinson pinned Shawnee Mission West at their own five yard line with just under four minutes to play but the Vikings were able to run out the clock to hold on to the 6A championship.
Class 5A: Bishop Carroll 60, Bishop Miege 21
Bishop Carroll used a quick start and never looked back in a dominating 60-21 win over Bishop Miege.
The Eagles built a 40-7 halftime lead behind 363 yards of offense. Bishop Carroll, who was the preseason #1 in Kansas Class 5A finishes 13-0 with its closest game coming in last week's 24-point win over Salina South.
Class 4A: Holton 21, Eudora 0
Holton's defense was superb in a 21-0 shutout of Eudora in the Kansas Class 4A state championship.
Both defenses were impressive as the first score of the game came with just 2:26 left in the first half when the Wildcats' Chase Wilson scored on a 9-yard run.
Holton tacked on two more TD's in the second half to finish off a perfect 13-0 season.
Class 3A: Scott City 28, Silver Lake 21
Fans in Hutchinson saw perhaps the best comeback victory all season as Scott City overcame a 21-point deficit to defeat #1 Silver Lake 28-21.
Silver Lake looked to be in total control of the 3A title game going up 21-0 with just :33 seconds left in the first half. However, Scott City scored on a Trey O'Neill 23-yard touchdown catch with just 5-seconds left before half to make it 21-7.
The Beavers closed to within 21-14 on a Brett O'Neill 11-yard run and then blocked a punt to set up a 6-yard score to tie the game at 21 with under five minutes left in the game. On the first play of Silver Lake's ensuing possession, Brenner Wells came up with an interception at the Beaver 48-yard line to set up the dramatic game-winning drive.
With just 46 seconds left in the game, Drew Kite caught an 8-yard touchdown pass to give Scott City the 28-21 victory.
Class 2-1A: Meade 28, Centralia 25
The Class 2-1A championship was not to be outdone as Centralia and Meade battled back-and-forth in Hays.
Centralia looked to take control of the game going up 25-14 on J.T. Rosine's second touchdown run of the game with just 4:44 left in the fourth quarter.
The Buffaloes refused to quit putting together a quick touchdown drive to pull with 25-20 on a Jett Little touchdown reception with 2:58 left. After holding Centralia following a failed onside kick, Little scored the winning touchdown on a 23-yard pass from Chris Hardaway with 36 seconds left.
Meade has now won two of the last three Class 2-1A titles.
