The 2025 Kansas high school football season reached its conclusion last weekend as state champions were crowned in all nine classifications. Andale was the only school to repeat as champions in 2025.
Andale is also the only school highlighted as a preseason No. 1’s in the Kpreps rankings that brought home a state title this fall. Four other classifications were won by teams ranked second in our preseason poll: Kapaun Mt. Carmel in 4A, Nemaha Central in 2A, South Central in Eight-Man, Division I, and Cunningham in 6-Man. Finally, Manhattan (6A) and Hanover (8M-II) were both ranked No. 3 in our pre-season poll. 5A-champion Salina Central and 1A-champion Sterling were unranked to start the season.
