Phillipsburg,Troy each seek first state football title
The Phillipsburg Panthers (10-2) and the Troy Trojans (10-1) will meet Saturday in the Class 2-1A state championship game at Lewis Field on the campus of Fort Hays State. Both the Panthers and Trojans are playing in their first state football championship game.
