Phillipsburg won its second state football championship with a 27-0 shutout of Riley County on Saturday in Salina.

Phillipsburg (12-0) will look for its first undefeated season when the Panthers take on Riley County (10-2) in the Class 2A state championship game in Salina. Riley County is making its first title game appearance since 1993.
