Notes / stats from high school career: 2nd team all-conference (EKL) and honorable mention all-state 2012, 1st team all-conference and honorable mention all-state 2013. Had 8 catches for 110 yards and a TD in the state championship game. For my career, I had 101 catches for 1504 yards and 20 TD’s.
Favorite high school football memory: Winning the state championship my senior year
Kpreps comment: Henson is a physical blocker and receiver that should transition well into the MIAA. He earned first-team All-Eastern Kansas League honors as a wide receiver this past fall. Henson finished with more than 1,500 receiving yards and 20 touchdowns in the past three seasons for the Tigers.
