Kpreps.com would like to congratulate Janae Rempel of Hillsboro (Kan.) for submitting the winning photograph for Week 1 of the playoffs of the Friday Night Photo Contest. Her winning photo captures Sedgwick quarterback Brylie Ware rolling to his left in attempt to avoid Marion defenders. The Cardinals won the second-round playoff game 35-0 over the Warriors. For this winning photograph, Janae is now eligible for our 2013 Grand Prize including $500 in cash.
Each week during the regular season and playoffs, Kpreps selects a winning photograph that will become eligible to win the grand prize. This means there will be 13 photos chosen as finalists for the 2013 contest. Only weekly winning photographs will be eligible for the grand prize - which has been increased from $150 to $500! Weekly winners will be featured on Kpreps.com and receive a consolation prize at the conclusion of the season.
Photographers across the state are encouraged to email their weekly photos to photos@kpreps.com. Photos should be submitted by Wednesday of the following week. The winning photo will be announced at the end of the following week. Please reference the complete contest rules before entering.
